About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area. Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience customer service experience
Strong desire to make an impact on other people
Outgoing and engaging personality
Strong Computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center
Ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctly
Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.
Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center
Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel.
Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized
Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
