Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
- CPR/AED certification
Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly
- Assist with inquiries
- Provide guidance on equipment usage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness area
- Monitor equipment
