Monitors participant activities, issues equipment, and provides program information to customers. This role involves promoting facilities, programs, and services, processing registrations, and responding to inquiries and complaints. The position also includes distributing equipment, cleaning assigned areas and equipment, opening and closing facilities, and monitoring participant compliance with health and safety rules.
