About The Position
We are currently seeking FITNESS ADVISORS to assist in the financial growth and success of Genesis Health Clubs. This position is a shift lead position and "holder." Responsible for closing the Health Club Monday-Friday and from time to time may be needed weekends and special events. Member retention is top priority. The best candidate for this position stays busy improving member experience through greeting, assisting in membership issues, assisting in facility organization and cleanliness and willing to be available where needed. Additionally share in leading and participating in all sales related areas including prospecting, new member sales and member retention. Qualified applicants will be self-motivated, have a strong sales background, along with the ability to work with a team. Previous experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus.
