Requirements
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to close
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to all sales-related activities
- Prospect and generate new leads
- Drive new memberships sales
- Build strong relationships to support member retention
