We are seeking a Fitness/Activities Attendant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Fitness/Activities Attendant is responsible for the general supervision of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service. This role will provide backup support for the Kids Club. This role will maintain exceptional Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout all activities. We have a Part-Time position available. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to maintain the Fitness Center to exceptional Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to understand guests' service needs.
• Ability to thrive during very high levels of business.
• Ability to focus attention on details.
• Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, teamwork, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with children and families while adapting to different ages, personalities, and needs.

Responsibilities

• General supervision of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide backup support for the Kids Club.
• Maintain exceptional Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout all activities.
• Assist with the development and planning of a diverse calendar of enjoyable programs and activities such as fitness and wellness programs, aquatic programs, sports life enrichment classes, and extraordinary events.
