The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards and expectations to deliver Fit4Less’ friendly, clean, and automated brand. The role involves performing and completing cleanliness tasks and duties to ensure safety for everyone in the club, contributing to a consistent cleanliness for members, associates, and prospective members. The Host also provides friendly customer service, welcomes members and guests warmly, helps and educates them with memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, and promotes black card amenities and memberships. They contribute to a courteous and friendly workplace environment, complete tasks by set timelines, and work with the manager for progress relating to customer service and escalation support. Additionally, they address, inform, and report incidents of concern using standard process expectations, and sell and suggest memberships, providing assistance for membership management.
