The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards and expectations to deliver Fit4Less’ friendly, clean, and automated brand. The role involves performing and completing cleanliness tasks and duties to ensure safety for everyone in the club, cleaning and tidying to cleanliness standards, and providing friendly customer interaction while completing cleanliness tasks on the workout floor. The Host contributes to an 'everybody cleans' mindset, completes and reviews daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, communications, and training, and informs and reports deficiencies to engage appropriate actions and resolutions. Additionally, the Host provides friendly customer service according to Fit4Less guidelines, processes, and procedures, welcoming members warmly, educating them on memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, and promoting Black Card amenities and memberships. The Host also contributes to a courteous and friendly workplace, completes tasks by set timelines, informs and works with the manager for progress on customer service and escalation support, addresses and reports incidents of concern, sells and suggests memberships, and provides assistance for membership management. The Host also assists and provides appropriate access to and within the club to educate on automated and virtual options and processes.
