About The Position

As a Fit Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of our apparel meet our high standards and align with our brand identity. This role calls for strong technical precision, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You'll work cross-functionally with design, production, and technical teams throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements

• Previous experience in apparel technical design or garment fitting preferred
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fit standards, and grading
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for vendor-facing feedback
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working against deadlines
• Collaborative, positive, solutions-focused team player

Responsibilities

• Lead live fit sessions, evaluating fit, construction, and overall garment quality
• Measure and assess production samples against technical specs, flagging discrepancies
• Deliver clear, timely, and actionable written fit comments to overseas vendors
• Partner with design, production, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve fit and construction issues
• Flag potential production, quality, or design risks early in development
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation across the product lifecycle
• Manage multiple garments and priorities against tight development and production timelines
