Requirements
- Strong passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or a customer service-oriented role preferred.
- Knowledge of motorcycle fitment, customization, and accessories is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or an interest in learning about motorcycles is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle based on their needs, size, and riding preferences.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect fit for helmets, apparel, and accessories.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and gear.
- Conduct motorcycle fitment consultations, adjusting handlebars, seats, foot controls, and other components to maximize comfort and performance.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson products, including new releases, features, and trends.
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment for customers, promoting the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and brand values.
- Ensure that the showroom and product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
