About The Position

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor. This role involves supporting visual merchandising for assigned areas, performing resets, assisting with merchandise purges, and replenishment tasks. Additionally, the position requires assisting customers on the sales floor during store open hours and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
Ability to use good judgment and logic

Nice To Haves

Two or more years’ experience in merchandising is preferred
A combination of education and experience will be considered with hiring preference given to those with at least six months of merchandising experience
Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset

Responsibilities

Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prep and setup of merchandise for ads
Perform resets for assigned departments when required
Assist with merchandise purges when assigned
Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items
Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours
Perform other duties as assigned by management
