Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit while making cutting fish
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel while making cutting fish
• Occasionally required to climb or balance
• Must regularly lift up to 75 pounds
• Must move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

• Packaging and labeling fish products according to company specifications
• Maintaining product quality and food safety standards during production
• Working in a refrigerated production environment
• Preparing finished products for shipment and distribution
• Assisting with product handling, sorting, and packing operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Following all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies
• Supporting production efficiency and meeting daily production goals
