First Year Nurse Rotation - Registered Nurse
About The Position
This is a new position for Registered Nurses with under 1 year of experience. It is a 12-month rotation program designed to allow nurses to experience up to three different adult inpatient care units before applying for a permanent role. The program offers organized pathways for Medical, Surgical, and Specialty Units, providing a safe and supportive structure for new nurses. New graduates will receive a full orientation and then work collaboratively with an experienced RN. Unit rotations include various Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Ortho/Trauma, and Neuro units, as well as Inpatient Rehab and Med/Surg units at the Randallia Campus.
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN.
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
