About The Position

This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the collection and shipping of all first production and replenishment product samples or standards, in compliance with customer requirements, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and regulatory standards. The incumbent will also support line trials and finished goods QA inspection activities as required.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math; college courses preferred.
1-2 plus years experience in quality discipline; preferably in a manufacturing environment or a demonstrated proficiency in quality.

Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling and / or pulling all first productions and replenishment products collections.
Coordinates with off shifts as to when samples will be pulled.
Responsible for documentation specific to first productions and replenishments.
Arranges shipments and deliveries of samples as required.
Maintains tracking of shipments.
Responds to inquiries regarding status of samples.
Creates and maintains finished standards for Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lab.
Maintains standards room storage.
Supports line trial sampling and shipping.
Provides First Production and Retains process training as needed for QA inspectors.
Responsible for scanning of Quality Assurance department documents and records as necessary.
Provides finished goods inspection coverage as necessary.
When running EDP/ EDT/ EDC lines, perform all the functions for QA Inspections including but not limited to Start-up Checks, Standard Checks, In-Process Checks, testing of Finished Goods (Olfactive and analytical)
Complete all QA Documentation, and Analytical Testing results
Review the QA Paperwork and complete, prepare them for QS review
Serves as a back-up to the QA Lead Inspector.
Creates and maintains Retains storage records.
Tracks Quality Assurance supply needs and replenishes as appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
