About The Position

Our Flight Operations Department has an exciting opportunity for a First Officer position in our Citation XL/XLS fleet. Candidates will need to be a team player while seeking excellence in every aspect of their performance. We are seeking experienced pilots to join our growing team. This position requires the highest levels of leadership, and a commitment to safe and reliable operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with a variety of personalities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivered with professionalism and tact.
• Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check, as well as criminal history and fingerprint checks, as required by the TSA.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as operational needs dictate.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations and work in a professional manner, complying with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Current, valid passport.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No excessive check ride failures.
• No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.

Responsibilities

• Put safety above all.
• Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircrafts operation in Part 135 On Demand operations.
• Perform all Company assigned duties in accordance with Company manuals, memos, and policies.
• Conduct diligent preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Ensure that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all of the necessary provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers.
• Wear the Company issued uniform and comply with the uniform policy.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
