About The Position

The FLOD Corporate Risk & Compliance Specialist will report to the AVP, FLOD Corporate Risk & Compliance and provides support to the Human Resources (HR), HCMS, Support Services, Member Experience (MX), Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), Compliance/Legal, and Fraud teams with their Risk and Compliance responsibilities. The FLOD Corporate & Risk Compliance Specialist will engage with the three lines of defense at FourLeaf as well as business line and product stakeholders to ensure all key First Line of Defense activities are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Compliance, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a compliance or a combination of compliance and regulatory experience.
  • Familiarity with financial services & banking processes, knowledge of or experience working with regulated products is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various risk, compliance, audit, regulatory, and control initiatives for the various business lines under the Corporate FLOD.
  • Responsible for writing and maintaining all applicable policies/programs and procedures for the various business lines under the Corporate FLOD, based on expert knowledge of such business lines, as well as Regulations impacting them.
  • Work with applicable S3 and OTS departments to ensure that all S3 supporting policies and procedures are documented, adhered to, and aligned with FourLeaf requirements.
  • Collaborate with the second and third lines of defense functions as requested by the AVP, First Line of Defense Corporate Risk and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with the First Lines of Defense within other lines of business (Retail Banking, Lending, Transformation, Marketing).
  • Responsible for reportable events (issues, incidents, and losses) and member complaints (MX) for all business lines under Corporate FLOD, including self-reporting, root cause analysis, action planning, resolution, and documentation.
  • Work with the Third-Party Risk Management Team (TPRM) for all internal business unit client vendors.
  • Supporting all PMO processes when onboarding a new vendor or existing vendor relationships.
  • Submit materials for legal and compliance review (using FourLeaf tools and applications to keep track of critical documentation) becoming familiar with regulatory requirements by product.
  • Support business line leads when performing quality assurance and control testing programs; ensuring all key controls are documented, analyzed, and periodically tested for control design and operating effectiveness.
  • Provide broad-based support to the various business lines under the Corporate FLOD using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Special projects as assigned.
