Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, initiating outgoing calls and taking messages.
  • Scheduling patient visits and evaluations for multiple locations across our footprint, while adhering to clinical protocols.
  • Multitasking between several different technology systems to complete day-to-day work.
  • Collecting and entering all necessary demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information from patients or responsible parties.
  • Responding to questions and concerns of callers and directs them to appropriate location or department as needed.
  • Assembling patient packets and mailing information to patients.
  • Providing patient education by explaining preparation and patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.
  • Exceeding our patients’ expectations with active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
