Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact - via phone, email, and live chat - for businesses launching custom projects
  • Ask smart questions and actively listen to understand each client's goals, timeline, and vision - dive into their world!
  • Gather essential project assets like logos, brand colors, and creative details with precision and organization
  • Coordinate with our in-house design, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth project flow. From inception, print, client-delivery, and beyond!
  • Manage multiple orders and customer interactions at once with clarity and care
  • Flag potential concerns early and collaborate with our Customer Satisfaction team for resolution
  • Grow your product knowledge and become a consultative partner to clients over time - delighting clients with solutions they didn't know were possible
