About The Position

We are growing and looking for a First Impressions - Phone Concierge to join our team. This role involves handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling patient visits, managing patient information, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience

Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and make quick decisions

Responsibilities

Handling a high volume of incoming calls, initiating outgoing calls and taking messages.
Scheduling patient visits and evaluations for multiple locations across our footprint, while adhering to clinical protocols.
Multitasking between several different technology systems to complete day-to-day work.
Collecting and entering all necessary demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information from patients or responsible parties.
Responding to questions and concerns of callers and directs them to appropriate location or department as needed.
Assembling patient packets and mailing information to patients.
Providing patient education by explaining preparation and patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.
Exceeding our patients’ expectations with active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
