FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST-- ORTHOPAEDICS/WKONA
About The Position
This role is for a First Impression Specialist in Orthopaedics at WKONA. The primary responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, updating their demographic information, and directing them to the appropriate areas. The role may also involve scheduling appointments, obtaining pre-certifications, managing phone calls, and assisting back-office staff as needed. Additionally, there may be occasions where the specialist needs to float to other GGC satellite locations to provide coverage. As with all healthcare positions, adherence to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and completion of associated workplace trainings are mandatory.
