About The Position
Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a MD First Grade Stationary Engineer - Water Tube Boilers/Shift Engineer located at our facility in Hagerstown, MD. This position is a plant operator who will be in charge of the steam plant and provide maintenance as needed during their shift. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading team that provides environmental solutions to the public and private sectors throughout the State of Maryland.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard high school or GED
- Three years of operating experience in steam plant operations.
- Valid driver’s license with less than 5 points
- First Grade State of Maryland Stationary Engineer’s License.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the steam plant during their shift.
- Provide maintenance as needed during their shift.
