About The Position

The First Assistant Manager backs up the store manager and helps keep store operations running smoothly. The role includes operating the cash register and handling money carefully, providing excellent customer service, following alcohol and tobacco sales rules, maintaining a clean store, stocking shelves and coolers, and treating coworkers, customers, and vendors with kindness and respect.
