Requirements

• RN - Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License.
• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Major/Area of Concentration: Nursing.
• BSN required within 3 years of hire.
• 1-2 years experience as an RNFA

Nice To Haves

• RNFA - Registered Nurse First Assist
• Bachelors degree in healthcare related field

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and process to develop, implement and evaluate patient’s plan of care.
• As the primary care giver, provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve the optimal patient outcomes.
• Has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
• Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager.
• When functioning in surgery, works under the supervision of the Physician who is readily available.
