About The Position

We are seeking a skilled First Article Inspector to join our team on the night shift. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our manufactured products in the Aerospace & Defense industry. The position offers a 20% night shift differential pay and is located in South Phoenix. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-demand, quality environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Aerospace experience with First Article/First Piece Inspection.
• Strong Hexagon operational CMM experience required.
• Experience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc.
• Must be very knowledgeable of GD&T.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and team oriented.
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article/First Piece Inspection.
• Operate Hexagon CMM.
• Utilize dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages, etc.
• Ensure compliance with GD&T standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to a quality-focused team.
