The Firmwide Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment lifecycle for the firm’s open positions. The main responsibilities for this position include conducting candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing the candidate database via the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS). This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process for staff and attorney positions, utilizing various methods to identify candidates and assisting with recruiting events and programs. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, administrative, technological, and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. The role also demands adaptability to a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines, and a commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
