About The Position
Marcom is currently seeking an onsite Firewall Engineer. The purpose of this position is to implement IPv4/IPv6 dual stack on Palo Alto firewalls. This includes developing firewall IPv6 rulesets on Palo Alto Panorama and deploying them to Palo Alto firewalls throughout the environment. The IPv6 rulesets will be based off rulesets currently in place for IPv4 assets.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience or equivalent
- Must be familiar with, and comply with, all relevant health and safety requirements.
- Must be knowledgeable of emergency actions policies and procedures, methods for reporting/resolving unsafe work practices or conditions to available cognizant professionals.
- Knows and complies with environmental, safety, health, and pollution prevention regulations, policies, and procedures for this position.
- Ensures own safety and safety of coworkers.
- Reports unsafe work conditions to immediate manager.
- Ensures that the five core functions of the Integrated Safety Management System are understood and applied when performing job duties.
- Ensures that operational excellence is achieved through appropriate implementation of conduct of operations.
