Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in firewall administration, particularly with Palo Alto Network security solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Palo Alto firewall/VPN, Prisma Access VPN, Prisma Browser, and Strata Cloud Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage access provisioning in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting organizational change and access architecture redesign.
• Exposure to large enterprise environments and high-volume ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provision user roles and access privileges within the Palo Alto environment.
• Manage an access request queue, ensuring timely, accurate processing for remote access across the organization.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of Prisma Access VPN and Prisma Browser solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify application requirements and align access privileges accordingly.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new roles and group-based access structures to support organizational changes.
• Maintain strong documentation and compliance with security policies and procedures.
