We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-oriented project coordinator to support a high-profile, high-impact joint program within the U.S. Navy. As the Project Coordinator, you will lead the synchronization, prototyping, and fielding initiatives for the Navy’s premier combat system. You will operate under Middle Tier Acquisition Rapid Prototyping authorities. In this role, you will act as a pivotal integrator, working alongside the organization, the Fleet, the Intelligence Community, and university research centers to deploy combat systems to the fleet. Requirements

6+ years of experience supporting DoD systems engineering, technical program management, or capability integration within Navy or USMC combat or intelligence programs
Experience briefing executive-level military leadership
Knowledge of Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) rapid prototyping processes, systems engineering V-model, or rapid hardware-in-the-loop fielding
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or Military Science

Experience with the Joint Force
Experience with Over-The-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T), tactical data links such as Link 16, IBS, or LMMT, or maritime intelligence and targeting systems
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
