About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Fireplace & Product Installer ( Turnkey ) to join our Omaha team. This role is ideal for candidates with construction, framing, or installation experience seeking steady, hands‑on work in residential and light commercial settings. This full‑time position is responsible for the professional installation of fireplaces and related installed products in customer homes and job sites. The role requires hands‑on technical skill, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous construction, framing, or installation experience preferred.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to safely perform demolition, heavy lifting, and physical labor.
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work in varying weather, heights and job site conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Complete start‑to‑finish installations once trained.
  • Perform demolition, removal of existing units, and job site preparation.
  • Frame or modify rough openings to fit new fireplace units.
  • Install fireplace units in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications, clearance requirements, venting guidelines, and local building codes.
  • Perform or assist with basic gas and electrical preparation as trained and permitted.
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, properly finished, and completed on schedule.
  • Install related products such as fireplace accessories, outdoor structures, grill islands, and other assigned installed products.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain clean and professional job sites.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, Sales, and management regarding job status or concerns.
  • Maintain tools, truck inventory, and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Accurately document materials used, serial numbers, and job completion details.
  • Submit required paperwork, photos, and inspection forms as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices.
  • Attend required meetings and training.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned by management.
