About The Position
This position involves understanding the basic principles of firearm assembly and learning the proprietary design of our products with a focus on production. The role requires the ability to handle and use common hand and power tools safely, assemble small parts, identify and troubleshoot product issues, and follow instructions. Basic math skills, the ability to read measurements, and physical capabilities such as lifting 25 lbs and standing for long periods are also necessary. The individual must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Requirements
- Ability to handle and use common hand tools (hammers, punches, screwdriver, torque wrenches, etc.)
- Able to use power tools safely.
- Ability to assemble small parts.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and problem solve any issues with product.
- Able to follow instructions verbally, written or shown.
- Able to do basic math and read measurements via tape measure, calipers, or micrometers.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to multi-task and work alone.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Ability to deliver needed information to fellow operators during shift change-over.
