About The Position
As a Firearms Assembler at CZ-USA’s Kansas City facility, you will play a critical role in building, inspecting, and testing high-quality firearms to support our reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. This hands-on role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and strong mechanical aptitude. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must understand firearm cycle of operations
- Demonstrates a proactive commitment to learning and understanding the CZ-USA product line
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Effective use of electronic communication tools (email, phone systems, etc.)
- Highly accurate, punctual, and reliable
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operational demands
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to legally possess firearms under applicable laws
- Must know basic firearms safety
- Ability to pass a criminal background test and drug test

Responsibilities
- Perform firearm assembly, disassembly, and reassembly following detailed instructions and procedures
- Conduct test-firing procedures, including live fire evaluations, to verify mechanical reliability and accuracy of firearms
- Utilize digital tools and software to complete tasks and document work
- Monitor inventory and perform parts counts for accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot quality or assembly issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
- Support coworkers by providing hands-on job training and collaboration
- Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time
- Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
- Adhere to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations
