About The Position

Graywolf is seeking a Fire Watch at the Winchester, KY project site. The duration of the assignment is 4 months. Requirements

Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with employees and customers.
Must be able to successfully pass required Confined Space Entry training.
Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience preferred.
Preferred experience within the Tanks & Vessels group.

Responsibilities

Act as Fire Watch, Hole Watch or Bottle Watch.
Watch out for fire hazards in the workplace while work is performed by other employees.
Maintain the conditions and requirements stated on the safety permit.
Keep flammable materials from ignition sources.
In the event of an emergency, follow protocol listed on the safety permit and immediately alert others of dangers in the area.
Call 911 or emergency alarm number as needed.
Stop operations (Stop Work Authority) if any hazardous conditions are found.
Maintain constant means of communication with supervision.
Be prepared to operate fire extinguishers, hydrants, fixed monitors and hose carts at any time.
Always stay on the jobsite while work is being completed.
Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.
Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision.
