Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturer certifications such as ANSUL, Kidde, Pyro-Chem, or other fire suppression certifications.
  • State and local licenses, where required.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience servicing clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazard fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs on suppression systems and related fire protection equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, operational manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Manage daily service calls, customer interactions, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct required inspections in accordance with customer contracts and applicable codes.
  • Provide professional and timely customer support, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency service needs.
  • Utilize smartphones and other technology tools to document and manage service activities.
  • Complete work at commercial, industrial, and government facilities as required.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
