Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills
  • PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • FEL-A
  • Valid US driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem RMEI and preferred Multi License

Responsibilities

  • Performs direct field labor work under guidance from Team Leaders and Managers Service project delivery.
  • Work includes specialized knowledge in diagnostics and repair.
  • Involves inspection and testing of fire sprinkler and suppression systems, intermediate repair and maintenance, safety and compliance, documentation and reporting, and customer communication and coordination.
  • Includes O&M field labor support when necessary.
  • Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.
  • Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittts, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
  • Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.
  • You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.
  • Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
  • Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
  • Inspect customer systems
  • Use of Smart Phone and Equipment
  • May include government work
