The Fire Sprinkler Inspection Technician is a senior-level field technician responsible for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA standards, Illinois state regulations, and company policies. This role requires advanced technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and the capability to interpret codes, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions. The technician will perform inspections on fire sprinkler systems, standpipes, fire pumps, and associated components, ensuring systems are compliant, functional, and properly documented. The Fire Sprinkler Technician must have a NICET Level III Certification. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
