About The Position

Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to join their Ocoee branch. This role involves working in the surrounding areas and is responsible for the installation of fire sprinklers with the assistance of apprentices and fitters on job sites, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget. Requirements

3+ years of previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman
Knowledge and experience installing fire sprinklers, reading blueprints, putting systems on test, etc.
Must be able to supervise the overall installation process as well as supervision of Fitters and Apprentices
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to wear proper protective equipment as required on all job sites.
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and pre-employment background check screening including 10 years of employment verification.

Developing a strong relationship with the General Contractor to exceed expectations and ensure quality, timely installation.
Attending monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.
