About The Position

A national employee-owned fire and life safety organization is immediately hiring several licensed Sprinkler Fitters to cover Christiansburg, VA, and surrounding areas. Sprinkler Fitters will primarily install, with some inspections and service of a variety of water and air-based fire sprinkler and control systems, valves, pipelines, fire pumps and related equipment in retro and new construction commercial and industrial settings.

Requirements

Valid VA Sprinkler Fitter license
Backflow certification or license
At least five (5) years of fire sprinkler fitter experience in maintenance and service
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)
Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking abilities

Nice To Haves

NICET Certification in Fire Protection Systems or equivalent advanced certification

Responsibilities
