About The Position
Twin City Sprinkler Co. is seeking motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Fire Sprinkler Fitters. Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings. This role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment. - Basic math skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently

- Good driving record (MANDATORY)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
- Blueprint reading experience
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Nice To Haves
- NICET Level I or II
- Completion of an accredited industry training program
- OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems
- Work closely with the foreman and team members
- Follow all safety protocols
- Properly handle tools and equipment
- Work in commercial and residential buildings
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
- Drive to job sites and work at various locations
- Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
