Direct the day to day operation of all security and life safety functions of the building. Prepare, revise, and maintain logs of all alarm and fire suppression and evacuation systems. Train building personnel as well as tenants in regards to Fire Safety Plan, Non-Fire Emergencies Plan and Medical Emergencies Plan. This is an on-site position and requires in-person attendance. Regularly interfaces with tenant contacts, various Boston Properties staff, vendors/contractors, and occasionally construction professionals and various consultants. This position reports directly to a Property Manager or Regional Property Manager, who provides daily supervision and guidance, and coordinates, evaluates, and monitors work performance on a periodic basis.
