Conduct site assessments and develop detailed restoration plans.
Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all restoration activities.
Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of materials and labor costs.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
