TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF RAYONIER PERSONNEL AND PROPERTY THROUGH THE DETECTION, INVESTIGATION, AND PREVENTION OF FIRES. THIS INCLUDES: INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS; COLLABORATION WITH INSURANCE PROVIDERS, FIRE PROTECTION MANAGER, MILL MANAGEMENT, AND CONTRACTORS; DEVELOP AND PRESENT EMPLOYEE FIRE RELATED TRAINING; MAINTAIN ADEQUATE RECORDS AND PREPARE REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPROPRIATE ACTIONS; PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE MILL AND INSURANCE COMPANIES IN SOLVING PROBLEMS CAUSED BY FIRES; AND; DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROCEDURES AND ACTIVITIES THAT WILL PREVENT LOSS OF LIFE, PROPERTY, AND/OR INJURY BECAUSE OF FIRE.
