This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of the UTSC community by coordinating the maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upgrades of fire, sprinkler, and security systems. The position involves working with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory organizations, as well as stakeholders on system design for renovation and construction projects. Additionally, the role includes participating in community education and training on fire safety, and programming security, access control, and CCTV systems for daily operations and events.
