Requirements

Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

Inspecting and maintaining fire equipment, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lights
Providing customers with technical support
Educating customers on risks and/or hazards identified in their facility
Updating and keeping accurate customer records through documentation of accurate dates, locations, and specific notes in our service management system
