The Billing Packet Coordinator is responsible for packaging and delivering complete billing packets—including reports and certified payroll—to customers requiring comprehensive documentation. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely submission to support prompt customer payment. You will coordinate invoice packaging activities across both fire and HVAC domains, ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

Notary Public certification
Prior industry‑related experience (fire, HVAC, construction, or similar)

Responsibilities

Monitor daily customer accounts to ensure invoices are prepared and sent on time.
Manage the complete invoice packaging process, from creation to delivery by email or mail.
Respond to customer requests for documentation and backup materials.
Support customer relationships by assisting with invoice disputes and driving timely resolution.
Collaborate with the billing team during month‑end close to ensure all revenue is captured and billed.
