About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to support commercial security, fire alarm, and access control projects. This role is ideal for a technician who can independently interpret blueprints, determine the most effective installation pathways, build infrastructure, run cable, and complete device installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong installation experience and the ability to direct projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Has experience leading installations from start to finish.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of low-voltage systems and industry best practices.
Skilled at interpreting blueprints and planning installation strategies.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Determine optimal cable pathways and installation methods.
Install and support fire alarm, access control, and security systems.
Build cable pathways and infrastructure as required.
Pull, route, secure, and terminate low-voltage cabling.
Install devices, panels, readers, sensors, cameras, and associated equipment.
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems operate properly.
Maintain quality standards and complete projects according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
