About The Position

The Fire Alarm Technician is to deliver quality products and services which meet or exceed the customer's and industry standards, and to achieve customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency and unsurpassed service. We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician/Inspector/Service Person who is looking for an opportunity for advancement and willing to work in the field. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, programming, inspecting, and/or installing fire alarm systems. Strong customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Mechanical skills and aptitude. Demonstrate problem-solving skills. Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech, written communications and appearance.

Requirements

  • 5 years related fire alarm experience
  • Good working knowledge of troubleshooting, programming, inspecting, and/or installing fire alarm systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to learn quickly
  • Read blueprints
  • Work well with others
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required
  • MVR checks are required for all driving positions

  • OSHA Safety Training
  • NICET II certification
  • Low Voltage License
  • General construction project experience
