Facilities Development and Management seeks a Fire Alarm Technician to install, test, maintain, perform shutdowns, modify and repair fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and other fire systems. This involves low voltage systems and networks related to fire alarms and sprinkler systems, security systems, and access control systems along with the central monitoring station. Fire Alarm Technician I (Entry Level) Experience: 2+ years of experience; NICET or equivalent certification. Basic testing, troubleshooting & repair. Fire Alarm Technician II (Mid-Level) Experience: 5+ years of experience; NICET II. Advanced diagnostics, inspections, programming, compliance support. Fire Alarm Technician III (Senior Level) Experience: 8+ years of experience; NICET III+. Leads complex inspections, mentors team, on-call lead.
