About The Position

The Fire Alarm Technician is to deliver quality products and services which meet or exceed the customer's and industry standards, and to achieve customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency and unsurpassed service. We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician/Inspector/Service Person who is looking for an opportunity for advancement but willing to work in the field. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, programming, inspecting, and/or installing fire alarm systems. Strong customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Mechanical skills and aptitude. Demonstrate problem-solving skills. Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech, written communications and appearance. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Background check and Driver License Check.

Requirements

  • 5 years related fire alarm experience
  • Good working knowledge of troubleshooting, programming, inspecting, and/or installing fire alarm systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical skills and aptitude
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional, credible manner
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Ability to pass a Background check
  • Ability to pass a Driver License Check
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to work well with others
