Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing fire alarm/life safety systems and associated devices according to local and national codes and standards. Assists with maintaining building automation and other electronic controlled systems. Reviews blueprints/drawings to determine device locations and placement. Ensures material and equipment match scope of work and task/project requirement. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Must possess State of Oklahoma Commercial Fire Alarm Technician License and/or Oklahoma State Unlimited Journeymen Electrical License with Alarm Endorsement. One year of documented experience relating to the job classification or successful documented completion of formal schooling with 6 months of documented experience required.

Requirements

  • Must possess State of Oklahoma Commercial Fire Alarm Technician License and/or Oklahoma State Unlimited Journeymen Electrical License with Alarm Endorsement
  • One year of documented experience relating to the job classification or successful documented completion of formal schooling with 6 months of documented experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be a US or Permanent Citizen due to contract requirements
