The purpose of the Fire Alarm & Security Operations Manager is to keep abreast of technology developments in their field, assist with customer relations, product line enhancements and product service, and track budget and margin targets to meet profitability goals. Coordinate the key activities of the Alarm Service Department Team along with key administrative duties as assigned. The Alarm Service Manager ensures adherence to the SFS’s quality program.
